Elizabeth Gaudet, M.Ed., L.Psych. (she/her)Elizabeth is a Licensed Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick. She completed her Masters of Education in School and Clinical Child Psychology at the University of Alberta.
Elizabeth offers individual intervention to children and adolescents experiencing a broad range of concerns, including difficulties with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, trauma, self-esteem, gender identity, and emotional regulation. She also provides intervention for parents who are experiencing a variety of concerns related to raising children. Elizabeth brings an integrative, eclectic approach to her sessions to best meet individual needs. She draws from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. |
